To ensure maximum ballistic integrity, all of our body armor is tested at NIJ accredited laboratories. Every piece of AR500 and AR550 steel is proudly manufactured here in the United States. From the steel mill to the end user, we utilize the most advanced tracking system in the industry resulting in a superior quality assurance process.

Each piece of Spartan Armor Systems® AR500 and AR550 steel body armor is CNC laser cut to ensure the cleanest, strongest edges in the industry. Spartan Armor Systems® never sand blast the steel and the steel is stored inside the Tucson, Arizona state-of-the-art facility to prevent flash rusting.
