Testing was conducted by White Wolf Tactical. Please note NIJ 0101.06 only calls for (1) shot of 30-06 M2 AP. The second impact penetrated the plate, only because of the close proximity to the first. If shot spacing were >2″, we would have stopped the second impact….no problems.
